纵隔内高密度支气管囊肿1例

摘　　要：报道1例发病位置及影像学表现与以往资料有较大差异的纵隔支气管囊肿。患者行胸部CT意外发现纵隔占位,无明显临床体征,初步诊断考虑为肿大淋巴结可能。后经胸腔镜手术切除纵隔肿物,术中发现肿块与心包相连,内含胶冻样囊液。术后病理学诊断为支气管源性囊肿。患者术后恢复良好,随访至今未复发。A case of mediastinal bronchial cyst whose location of onset and imaging manifestations did not exactly match previous data was reported.The patient was accidentally found to have a mediastinal occupancy on chest CT without obvious clinical signs,and the initial diagnosis was considered as a possible enlarged lymph node.Later,the mediastinal mass was resected by thoracoscopic surgery,and the mass was found to be connected to the pericardium and contained jelly-like cystic fluid.The postoperative pathology was diagnosed as a bronchogenic cyst.The patient recovered well after surgery and has not recurred since the follow-up.
