柏氏清热散瘀方熏洗对Ⅱ期肛裂患者术后创面愈合及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察柏氏清热散瘀方熏洗对Ⅱ期肛裂患者术后创面愈合及疼痛的影响。方法将我院Ⅱ期肛裂患者104例随机分为观察与和对照组各52例。观察组给予柏氏清热散瘀方熏洗干预,对照组给予高锰酸钾液熏洗干预,比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、出血消失时间,治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、新生毛细血管数量、血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平及中国人生活质量普适量表(QOL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、脓肿、便秘、出血各项积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、出血消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生毛细血管数量多于对照组,EGF水平及QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柏氏清热散瘀方熏洗加速Ⅱ期肛裂患者术后创面愈合,减轻创面疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription for fumigation on postoperative wound healing and pain in patients with stageⅡanal fissure.Methods A total of 104 patients with stageⅡanal fissure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.Observation group was given Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription,while control group was given potassium permanganate solution for fumigation.The clinical curative effect after treatment,wound healing time,disappearance time of bleeding,score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),number of new capillaries,level of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF)and score of QOL questionnaire(QOL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);scores of pain,abscess,constipation and bleeding in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);wound healing time and disappearance time of bleeding were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the number of new capillaries in observation group was higher than that in control group,EGF level and QOL score were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription for fumigation can accelerate postoperative wound healing,relieve wound pain and improves quality of life in patients with stageⅡanal fissure.
