摘　　要：目的 探讨“互联网+护理服务”实践模式在严重精神障碍患者中的应用。方法 将726例严重精神障碍稳定期患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各363例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者给予“互联网+护理服务”实践模式干预。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、康复状态量表(MRSS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评估患者疾病严重程度、总体康复情况、自知力、生活质量,采用家庭疾病负担量表(FBSD)评估患者家庭疾病负担情况,采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评估患者护理满意度。结果 干预6个月、12个月两组患者BPRS、MRSS、FBS评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组;两组患者ITAQ评分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预6个月、12个月两组患者物质生活、心理健康、躯体健康、社会功能评分均较干预前升高,且研究组物质生活、心理健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 对严重精神障碍患者采取“互联网+护理服务”实践模式,可有效提高患者的自知力,促进患者康复,降低家庭负担,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of "Internet+nursing service" practice model in patients with severe mental disorders.Methods A total of 726 patients with severe mental disorders in the stable period were divided into control and research group with 363 cases in each according to random number table.Controls received routine nursing intervention and research group did "Internet+nursing service" practice model intervention.Severities of illness,overall recovery situation,insight,and quality of life were respectively assessed using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale(MRSS),Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ),and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74),family burdens done using the Family Burdens Scale of Disease(FBSD),and nursing satisfactions done using the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS).Results In month 6 and 12 of intervention the scores on the BPRS,MRSS,FBS in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in research than control group;score on the ITAQ elevated in both groups and that was higher in research than control group(P<0.01).In month 6 and 12 of intervention material life,mental health,physical health and social function scores in both groups elevated compared with pre-intervention and scores on material life,mental health,and social function were higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Total nursing satisfaction was higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion "Internet+nursing service" practice model could effectively raise patients' insight,promote recovery,reduce family burden,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
