摘　　要：目的 探讨人文护理干预对抑郁症合并焦虑患者临床效果的影响。方法 将100例抑郁症合并焦虑患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组患者采取常规护理干预,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予人文护理干预。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、失眠严重指数量表(ISI)对两组患者干预前后的抑郁症状、焦虑症状、失眠严重程度进行评估。并比较两组患者总满意度。结果 干预后两组患者HAMD、HAMA、ISI评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。研究组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文护理干预能改善抑郁症合并焦虑患者的抑郁、焦虑症状和睡眠状况,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing intervention on clinical effects of patients with comorbid depression and anxiety.Methods A total of 100 patients with comorbid depression and anxiety were divided into control and study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each.Controls received routine nursing intervention and study group did humanistic nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Pre-and psot-intervention depressive symptoms,an xious symptoms and severity of insomnia were assessed in both groups using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),respectively.Satisfaction with nursing was compared between two groups.Results After intervention scores on the HAMD,HAMA and ISI in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in study than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Overall satisfaction with nursing was higher in study than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention could improve depressive,anxious symptoms and sleep quality of patients with comorbid depression and anxiety,raise nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
