中医药治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征研究进展

摘　　要：痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征为本虚标实之证,以肾虚为本,痰湿为标。中医药治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征主要包括辨证治疗、中药序贯治疗、经典方加减治疗、经验方治疗、针灸治疗等。治疗安全有效,但仍存在以下不足:(1)中药及针灸治疗痰湿型PCOS的小样本量研究较多,但缺少临床多中心的大样本验证;(2)虽然研究表明心理应激与痰湿型PCOS的发生发展互为因果,但临证时对此的重视程度依然有所欠缺;(3)方药研究多以对症治疗为主。今后应从以下几个方面进行努力:(1)尽可能开展系统科学、设计严谨的多中心、大样本、随机双盲试验,使中医药疗效的研究结果更具说服力;(2)在药物治疗的同时,给予情志疗法,使患者从心态上转变,有利于长期疗效的坚持;(3)多从药物成分研究设计实验,有助于更好地明确方药治疗该病的机制及新药的开发。Phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a syndrome with deficient root cause and excessive manifestation,which is based on kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness.TCM treatments of phlegm-dampness PCOS mainly include syndrome differentiation,sequential treatment of Chinese drugs,treatment with modified classical formulas,treatment with empirical formulas,acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.,which is safe and effective.However,there are still the following disadvantages:(1) There are many small sample studies on Chinese drugs,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of phlegm-dampness PCOS,but there is a lack of clinical multi-center large sample verification;(2) Although studies have shown that the relationship between psychological stress and phlegm-dampness PCOS is the cause-effect one,there is still a lack of attention to this in clinical practice;(3) The research of formulas is mainly symptomatic treatment.Therefore,efforts should be made from the following aspects:(1) To carry out systematic,scientific,rigorously designed,multi-center,large sample,randomized double-blind trials as much as possible,so as to make the research results of TCM curative effect more convincing;(2) Besides drug therapy,to add emotional therapy so as to make the patient change in mentality,which is conducive to the adherence of long-term curative effect;(3)To design experiments from the study of drug ingredients,which is conducive to better clarify the mechanism of formula treatment of the disease and the development of new drugs.
