摘　　要：目前患有呼吸系统疾病的人群数量庞大,雾化治疗作为一种有效的治疗手段,在近几年来使用人数持续上升。但该治疗方式存在家用雾化机成本高、闲置率高;去医院使用医用雾化机的路程较远;且一些地区的社区卫生服务中心所开放的雾化吸入室也存在用户二次感染的问题和医护人员的管理问题等。基于此,文章从用户需求的角度出发,运用服务设计理念,将用户的需求与产品相结合,来提升用户的体验感。At present,the number of people suffering from respiratory system diseases is huge,and the number of people using nebulization therapy as an effective treatment method has continued to increase in recent years.However,the treatment method has high cost and high idle rate of household nebulizer;the distance to the hospital to use the medical nebulizer is long.in addition,the nebulization inhalation rooms opened by community health service centers in some areas also have the problem of secondary infection among users and the management of medical staff.Based on this,from the perspective of user needs,this paper uses the service design concept to combine the user's needs with the product to enhance the user's sense of experience.
