摘　　要：患者男,27岁,腋下、腹股沟区、耳颞部反复红斑、丘疹、脓疱伴痒2年。皮损组织病理示:角质层下海绵状脓疱形成,伴有棘层增厚,真皮浅层有中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞混合浸润。直接免疫荧光:阴性。诊断:皱褶部位无菌性脓疱病(APF)。A 27-year-old male presented with recurrent erythema,papules and pustules with itching in the armpits,inguinal area,and ear temporal region for 2 years.Histology showed a small spongiform subcorneal pustule with acanthosis and a mixed neutrophilic and lymphocytic infiltrate in the upper dermis. Direct immunofluorescence was negative. The diagnosis of amicrobial pustulosis of the folds(APF)was made.
