摘　　要：Jones骨折是发生在第5跖骨基底部的一种特殊骨折,位于跖骨近端骨骺和干骺端的移行区。由于Jones骨折的位置特殊,手术或非手术治疗较易发生骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,因此Jones骨折的治疗仍然充满挑战。本文针对近年来Jones骨折的损伤机制、易感因素、治疗和快速康复理念的最新研究结果进行综述,以期能够加深对此类骨折的认识和改善治疗结果。Jones fracture,a specialized fracture that occurs at the base of the fifth metatarsal,is located in the junction region of the proximal metaphysis and epiphysis of the metatarsal.Its treatment remains challenging because of its unique location,high functional demands from its victims and a high rate of delayed union or nonunion after surgical or non-surgical treatment.We present a review of recent studies on the mechanisms,risk factors,treatments,and rapid rehabilitation concepts for Jones fracture,hoping to deepen the understanding of the fracture so as to improve its treatment outcomes.
