“冻精+鲜精”混精对母猪繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨“冻精+鲜精”混精使用的实用效果,该试验将长白鲜精与大白冻精设置5种混精比例,每种比例随机与配10头大白母猪,并对6个繁殖性能指标进行了统计分析。结果表明,不同混精比例的母猪受胎率、窝活仔数、窝重、仔猪初生重、妊娠期均无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,“冻精+鲜精”混精的授精模式不会影响大白母猪的繁殖性能,研究结果对于地方猪保种的授精与非洲猪瘟威胁下中国猪繁育体系模式优化具有重要的指导意义。In order to explore the practical effect of mixed semen(Frozen Semen+Fresh Semen),5 mixed semen ratios were set for Lan drace fresh semen and Large White frozen semen,randomly paired with 10 Large White sows respectively,and statistically analyzing 6 reproductive performance indicators.The results indicated that different mixed semen ratios showed no significant differences in sow conception rate,litter size,litter weight,piglet birth weight,and gestation length.Therefore,the insemination pattern of"Frozen Semen+Fresh Semen"mixed semen does not significantly affect the reproductive performance of Large White sows.The results of this study have important guiding significance for insemination of local pig breeding and optimization of Chinese pig breeding system model under the threat of African swine fever.
