摘 要:中间包作为连铸生产的中间环节,使钢液的浇注由间歇操作转为连续操作,其作为冶金反应容器是提高钢产量和质量的重要环节。对案例中间包的外形提出了多种优化方案,然后通过模拟计算,研究了不同方案下的夹杂物去除率、RTD曲线数据、速度场和温度场的规律,对提出的方案进行优劣评价,并提出最优的改进方案。最后,提出的一些技术措施为钢铁生产企业提高产品质量提供一定的参考和指导。As an intermediate step in con-cast production,the tundish enables the pouring of molten steel to shift from intermittent to continuous operation,and its role as a metallurgical reaction vessel is crucial in improving steel production capacity and quality.Multiple optimization schemes for the shape of the tundish in a case study are proposed.Then through the simulation calculation,the law of inclusion removal rate,RTD curve data,velocity field and temperature field under different schemes is studied,the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed schemes are evaluated,and the best improvement scheme is proposed.Finally,some of the technical measures proposed can provide references and guidance for steel production companies to improve product quality.
