人口老龄化背景下我国老年人体质健康发展的现实困境与突破

摘　　要：人民健康是社会主义现代化的重要标志。随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加快,健康老龄化的历史任务逐渐提上日程。文章在深入洞悉学术界关于老年人体质健康促进重要理论的基础上,运用逻辑分析法、文献研究法,在宏观上从老年人体质健康的政策保障出发、中观上从老年人体质健康的配套设施考量、微观上从老年人体质健康的个体需求探讨;并进一步剖析了我国老年人体质健康促进面临的现实困境,提出了突破路径,即加强老年人体质健康政策保障力度、改善体育锻炼条件,加强老年人体质健康配套设施建设、同时兼顾老年人体质健康个体需求等对策,旨在不断提升老年人身体健康水平,为全面推进健康老龄化贡献微薄之力。The public's health is an important symbol of socialist modernization.With the acceleration of population aging in China,the task of healthy aging has been gradually put on the agenda.On the basis of in-depth insight into the important theories of the academic circle on the promotion of the physical health of the elderly,this paper uses logical analysis and literature research to focus on the policy guarantee on the macro level,consider the supporting facilities on the medium level,and explore the individual needs on the micro level.And it further ana-lyzes the difficulties and proposes the breakthrough solutions,that is,strengthening the policy guarantee of physi-cal health of the elderly,improving physical exercise conditions,enhancing the construction of supporting facili-ties,and taking into account the individual needs of the elderly for physical health,so as to continuously improve the physical health level of the elderly,and make contributions to the comprehensive promotion of healthy aging.
