基层医务人员健康教育工作意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解基层医疗机构医务人员开展健康教育工作意愿,分析其影响因素,为促进健康教育工作提供依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样方法于2023年5—6月在绍兴市6个区、县(市)抽取在职医务人员开展调查,医务人员通过链接或扫描二维码方式完成问卷调查。结果 2 595名医务人员参与调查,应答率为92.65%,健康教育工作意愿率为90.10%,其中城市为90.34%,农村为89.39%。多因素Logistic回归分析发现进入最终模型为健康教育工作重要性认识[很重要15.894(1.544~163.618),重要10.978(1.071~112.489),一般1.505(0.135~16.743)]、健康教育有利于疾病好转[非常有利23.664(6.220~90.035),有部分作用5.513(1.432~21.221)]、具备健康教育能力[完全有能力25.161(12.710~49.809),有一定能力7.346(4.670~11.556)]、健康教育培训[2.394(1.743~3.288)]、健康教育方式[1.475(1.030~2.113)]、健康教育场地[1.707(1.201~2.427)]等。结论 健康教育培训、健康教育工作认识、自评健康教育能力、健康教育方式和健康教育场地是影响基层医务人员健康教育工作意愿的重要因素。Objective To explore the willingness of healthcare professionals in grassroots health institu-tions to engage in health education,to analyze the influencing factors,and to provide reference for health educa-tion.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to conduct a survey ainong healthcare professionals in 6 districts(counties)of Shaoxing City during May 2003 and June 2023.The questionnaires were completed by the respondents through web link or QR code scanning.Results A total of 2595 medical personnel were surveyed with a response rate of 92.65%.The willingness rate for health education work was 90.10%,including 90.34%in urban areas and 89.39%in rural areas.Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that the final model included the awareness of the importance of health education work[very important 15.894(1.544~163.618),important 10.978(1.071~112.489),ordinary 1.505(0.135~16.743)],health education being beneficial for disease improvement[very favorable 23.664(6.220~90.035),with partial effects 5.513(1.432~21.221)],having the ability to conduct health education[fully capable 25.161(12.710~49.809),with a certain ability 7.346(4.670~11.556)],health education training[2.394(1.743~3.288)],health education methods[1.475(1.030~2.113)],and health education venues[1.707(1.201~2.427)],etc.Conclusions Health education training,awareness of health education work,self-assessment of health education ability,
