摘　　要：目的 观察专病护理团队在腺样体术后护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年9月至2022年9月泉州市儿童医院耳鼻喉科住院的行腺样体等离子射频消融手术的患儿120例,随机数字表法分为两组,观察组60例,对照组60例,对照组应用常规的护理方式,观察组在采用专病护理团队进行护理,比较两组在术后第1、3、5天的视觉模拟评分(VAS),术后第1、3、5天患儿匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和评价患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果 观察组术后第1、3、5天的VAS评分以及PSQI评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护理满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 腺样体术后应用专病护理团队护理,可以改善患儿术后的鼻腔症状,减轻患儿术后的疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,增加患儿家属对护理的满意度。Objective To observe discussion of specialized nursing team in postoperative care of adenoids.Methods A total of 120 cases of children who underwent adenoid plasma radiofrequency ablation surgery hospitalized in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Quanzhou Children's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected,and were divided into two groups by the method of randomized numerical table,60 cases in the observation group,60 cases in the control group,the control group applied the conventional nursing care,and the observation group in the use of a specialized nursing team for nursing care,comparing the two groups'visual analog scores on the 1st,3rd,and 5th days after the operation(VAS),children's Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)on the 1st,3rd and 5th postoperative days and evaluating children's family's satisfaction with the care.Results The VAS scores as well as PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1st,3rd and 5th postoperative days(all P<0.05).Family members of the children in the observation group scored higher satisfaction with nursing care than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of specialized nursing team care after adenoid surgery can improve children's postoperative nasal symptoms,reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and increase children's families'satisfaction with care.
