摘　　要：护理质量敏感指标作为评价护理质量管理的标准,能够量化测定护理结果。本文从静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)预防护理质量敏感指标的构建框架和指标内容等方面进行综述,指标内容分别从结构、过程、结果3个维度进行阐述,旨在为今后构建统一、规范的VTE预防护理质量敏感指标提供参考,以期指导临床护士规范预防行为。Quality-sensitive indicators in nursing,as standards for evaluating nursing quality management,can quantitatively determine nursing outcomes.This article provides a comprehensive review of the framework and content of quality-sensitive indicators for venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention nursing care.The indicators are discussed from three dimensions:structure,process,and outcome.The aim is to provide a reference for the future development of unified and standardized quality-sensitive indicators for VTE prevention nursing care,in order to guide clinical nurses in standardized preventive practices.
