摘　　要：With the further improvement of the sustainable development concept,more and more Chinese enterprises are accepting the ESG(Environment,Society,Governance)concept.According to data from Mio Tech,up until the end of July,2023,A-shares enterprises with disclosure of ESG information in 2022 accounted for third fourth of the total market value of all A-shares enterprises.About one third of enterprises in the market released ESG reports in 2023,while the proportion was only a quarter in 2022.
