摘 要:西二采区所使用的回采方案无法提供高效、安全的效果,导致分支矿体在开采过程中回收率低、矿石贫化率高、效率低。针对上述分析,分析分析了分支矿体首采分段覆盖层形成技术,在此基础上提出2种回采方案,对回采方案进行建模与分析;针对回采方案的不足,构建回采多目标优化模型,对两种回采方案进行优化。优化结果表明,方案1优化后矿石品位为0.451%,矿石贫化率为23.548%;方案2优化后矿石品位为0.428%,矿石贫化率为27.424%;1 580 m分段以西回采结束可以在底板至1 630 m处形成覆盖层,满足正常采矿需求。The mining scheme used in Xier mining area can not provide efficient and safe effects,resulting in low recovery rate,high ore dilution rate and low efficiency in the mining process of branch orebodies.Based on the above analysis,the paper analyzes the formation technology of sublevel overlying layer in the first mining of branch orebody,and puts forward two kinds of mining schemes,and carries on modeling and analysis to the mining schemes.Aiming at the deficiency of the mining scheme,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed to optimize the two mining schemes.The optimization results show that the ore grade is 0.451%and the ore dilution rate is 23.548%.After the optimization of Scheme 2,the ore grade is 0.428%and the ore dilution rate is 27.424%.At the end of the stoping west of the 1580m section,a covering layer can be formed from the floor to 1630m to meet the normal mining needs.
