摘  要:平顶山矿区部分矿井开采深度已达千米,综采工作面高温高湿等热害问题日益严重。针对平煤股份十矿33010工作面埋深超千米、地温梯度大、温度高湿度大的客观地质条件,与格力电器公司进行合作研发局部制冷降温除湿系统,研制出满足矿井需求的多机头、大冷量、超高压比、高运行范围、低出水温度要求的采煤工作面局部制冷降温除湿设备。工程应用结果表明:格力电器公司3台制冷主机总制冷量达到2000 k W,采煤工作面温度最大降幅12℃,平均降低8.5℃;湿度最大降幅35%,平均降低25%,降温除湿效果明显,极大地改善了职工作业环境,有力促进了矿井生产效率的提升。The mining depth of some mines in Pingdingshan mining area has reached kilometers,and the problem of heat damage such as high temperature and high humidity in fully mechanized mining face has become increasingly serious.Aiming at the objective geological conditions of the 33010 working face of Pingmei Joint-stock No.10 Mine,such as burying depth over kilometers,large geothermal gradient and high temperature and humidity,the local cooling and cooling dehumidification system was developed in cooperation with Gree Electric Appliances Co.,LTD.,and the local cooling and cooling dehumidification equipment of the coal working face was developed to meet the requirements of the mine,such as multi-head,large cooling capacity,ultra-high pressure ratio,high operating range and low outlet temperature.The engineering application results show that the total refrigerating capacity of three main machines in Gree Electric Appliances Company reaches 2000kW.The maximum reduction of coal face temperature is 12℃,and the average reduction is 8.5℃.The maximum reduction of humidity is 35%,and the average reduction is 25%.The cooling and dehumidification effect is obvious,which greatly improves the working environment of employees and effectively promotes the promotion of mine production efficiency.
