摘  要:针对五举煤矿三软煤层工作面回采巷道围岩变形量大、底鼓严重问题,根据矿井实际地质条件,通过工程类比分析对巷道支护参数进行初步设计,并应用数值模拟对锚杆(索)具体参数进一步确定,进而对深埋软岩巷道支护方案进行优化。优化参数为顶板锚杆与帮部锚杆预紧扭矩不小于300N·m,顶板锚索与帮部锚索张拉力不小于200 k N。现场应用结果表明,高强度锚杆(索)及其合理配套与布置对改善应力分布,巷道围岩变形控制效果显著。Roadway support plays a vital role in coal mine safety production process,and a good supporting environment can keep roadway smooth and surrounding rock stable.Aiming at the problems of large deformation and serious floor heave in the mining roadway surrounding rock of the working face of three soft coal seams in Wuju Coal mine,the preliminary design of roadway support parameters is carried out through engineering analogy analysis according to the actual geological conditions of the mine,and the specific parameters of anchor rod(cable)are further determined by numerical simulation,so as to optimize the support scheme of deep-buried soft rock roadway.The optimization parameters are not less than 300 N·m of pre-tightening torque of roof bolt and side bolt,and not less than 200 KN of tension tension between roof bolt and side bolt.The field application results show that the high strength bolt(cable)and its reasonable matching and arrangement have a remarkable effect on improving stress distribution and controlling the deformation of surrounding rock.
