摘  要:本文对鲍店煤矿7304工作面的小煤柱巷道支护难题,进行了系统的超前支护应力监测与详细分析,并在此基础上,提出了针对性的支护优化策略。实地监测数据揭示,巷道围岩的应力分布并不均匀,特定区域存在显著的应力集中现象。同时,由于工作面在回采过程中不可避免地受到断层等地质构造的干扰,导致巷道出现了严重的形变。为了改善支护效果,对锚杆、锚索等支护材料进行了深入的优化研究,设计了锚网支护与超前支架相结合的加强支护综合方案。该方案在实地应用后,有效控制了巷道的形变程度,增强了围岩的稳定性。This article focuses on the difficulty of supporting small coal pillar tunnels in the 7304 working face of Baodian Coal Mine.A systematic advanced support stress monitoring and detailed analysis were conducted,and based on this,targeted support optimization strategies were proposed.Field monitoring data reveals that the stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the tunnel is not uniform,and there is a significant stress concentration phenomenon in specific areas.Meanwhile,due to the inevitable interference of geological structures such as faults during the mining process,the roadway has undergone severe deformation.In order to improve the support effect,this article conducted in-depth optimization research on support materials such as anchor rods and anchor cables,and designed a comprehensive strengthening support scheme combining anchor mesh support and advanced support.After practical application,this scheme effectively controlled the degree of deformation of the roadway and enhanced the stability of the surrounding rock.The research results of this article not only provide technical support for the safety production of Baodian Coal Mine,but also provide valuable experience and reference for tunnel support problems under similar geological conditions.
