摘  要:“3060”双碳发展目标下,新能源大规模并网对电力系统的灵活调节能力提出较高要求。抽水蓄能是目前技术最成熟、经济性较优的电力系统灵活调节资源。本文立足于四川高比例水电系统,概述了四川省能源资源概况和电网存在的问题,结合四川中长期电源电网规划,分析了四川高比例水电系统下抽水蓄能电站建设的必要性;其次,根据省内中长期供需形势,测算分析了四川中长期抽水蓄能电站的发展空间,并基于典型场景分析探讨高比例水电系统下抽水蓄能电站的作用发挥及功能定位;最后结合抽水蓄能电站的规划布点,对中长期抽水蓄能电站的发展趋势进行探讨。Under the"3060"dual-carbon development target,the large-scale integration of new energy sources into the power grid imposes significant demands on the power system's flexibility for regulation.This paper is focused on the context of Sichuan's high proportion of hydropower in its energy mix.It outlines the energy resource situation in Sichuan Province and highlights existing issues within the power grid.In conjunction with Sichuan's medium-and long-term power supply and demand planning,the study assesses the necessity of constructing pumped storage power plants within Sichuan's high proportion of hydropower systems.Furthermore,the paper evaluates the potential for developing pumped storage power plants in Sichuan's medium-and long-term context based on the province's supply and demand situation.It examines and analyzes the scenarios for deploying pumped storage power plants and explores their roles and functionalities within the high proportion of hydropower systems.Finally,considering the planned deployment of pumped storage power plants,the paper discusses the future development trends for medium-and long-term pumped storage power plants in the context of Sichuan's energy landscape.
