摘 要:针对新能源电动船载动力、机电设备在船舶位置不定的情况下,售后维护成本高以及供应商难以及时分析现场设备运行状况等现实问题,研制了一种船载锂电池设备远程监控系统,实现远程电池组状态监测、电池组数据云端存储及分析、电池组相关设备控制。该系统为电池组相关应用人员提供远程实时获取锂电池组运行状态信息和远程管理锂电池组的接口,有效降低设备售后成本和提高设备运维效率,同时有效解决现场BMS硬件计算资源有限、数据存储能力有限、无法应用更高精度更加复杂的SOC估算等算法的问题。In view of the practical problems of the new energy electric ship-borne power and electromechanical equipment,such as the high after-sales maintenance cost and the difficulty for suppliers to timely analyze the operation status of on-site equipment when the ship's position is uncertain,a shipboard lithium battery equipment remote monitoring system is developed to realize the remote battery pack status monitoring,battery pack data cloud storage and analysis,and battery pack related equipment control.This system provides the remote real-time access to lithium battery pack operation status information and remote management interface for battery pack related application personnel,effectively reduces the equipment after-sales costs and improves the equipment operation and maintenance efficiency.At the same time,it effectively solves the problems of limited on-site BMS hardware computing resources,limited data storage capacity,and inability to apply higher-precision and more complex SOC estimation algorithms.
