摘 要:针对当前人们对存储系统大容量、高速率、数据安全性的新要求,文章提出了一种带应急烧毁功能的高速大容量存储模块的设计方案。系统采用NAND型Flash实现大容量存储阵列,以PCI总线为通信接口,以FPGA为控制核心,通过对多片NAND Flash的逻辑控制实现数据的高速大容量存储。文章提出了NAND Flash芯片并行操作、流水线技术等关键技术,以确保存储系统能够满足高带宽、高速率读写需求;给出了应急数据自烧毁的电路设计,可从物理上烧毁存储核心关键数据的存储芯片,以保证系统数据的安全。测试结果表明,模块工作性能稳定,可以满足高速率和应急烧毁功能的要求。In view of the current new requirements for large capacity,high speed and data security of the storage system,this paper proposes a design scheme of high-speed large-capacity storage module with emergency destruction function,the system adopts NAND Flash to realize large-capacity storage array,PCI bus as communication interface,FPGA as the control core,through the logic control of multi-chip NAND Flash to achieve high-speed mass storage of data.Key technologies such as parallel operation and pipeline technology of NAND Flash chips are proposed to ensure the high bandwidth and high-rate read and write requirements of the storage system.The circuit design of emergency data self-destruct is given,which can physically burn the memory chip storing the core key data to ensure the security of the system data.The test results show that the module has stable working performance and can meet the requirements of high rate and emergency burnout function.
