摘 要:为探究耕作与秸秆还田对土壤球囊霉素相关蛋白含量、生态化学计量特征以及两者之间关系的影响,本研究选择长期进行作物生产的农场土壤,采集免耕、耕作和耕作秸秆还田三种处理下的0~20 cm土层土壤样品进行分析。结果表明,免耕土壤总球囊霉素含量为4.1 mg/g,较耕作土壤显著提高5.1%,耕作秸秆还田土壤较耕作土壤提高3.6%,免耕和耕作秸秆还田土壤易提取球囊霉素含量分别较耕作土壤提高4.8%和6.1%。免耕和耕作秸秆还田土壤有机碳含量分别为17.58、17.89 mg/g,较耕作土壤显著提高14.1%、16.1%;免耕土壤全氮含量为1.49 mg/g,较耕作和耕作秸秆还田土壤分别显著提高26.3%、17.3%。耕作秸秆还田土壤碳氮比达到14.47,显著高出免耕土壤33.2%。方差分解分析及线性相关分析表明,土壤有机碳、全氮含量影响球囊霉素的分泌和释放,免耕和耕作秸秆还田有利于提高土壤有机碳、全氮含量,从而促进球囊霉素的分泌,而长期耕作对丛枝菌根真菌分泌土壤球囊霉素具有限制作用。The effects of tillage and straw returning on glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP),ecological stoichiometric characteristics and their relationships were explored using farm soil for long-term crop production.The soil samples of 0~20-cm layer under three treatments of no tillage,only tillage and tillage with straw returning were collected and analyzed.The results showed that total glomalin(TG) content in no-tillage soil was 4.1 mg/g,which was 5.1% higher than that in tillage soil at significant level.The TG content in tillage with straw returning soil was increased by 3.6% compared to that in tillage soil.The easily extracted glomalin(EEG) in no-tillage and tillage with straw returning soils were increased by 4.8% and 6.1% compared with that in tillage soil.The soil organic carbon content of no-tillage and tillage with straw returning treatments were 17.58 mg/g and 17.89 mg/g respectively,which were 14.1% and 16.1% higher than that of tillage treatment and reached significant level.The total N content in no-tillage soil was 1.49 mg/g,which was significantly higher than that in tillage soil and tillage with straw returning soil with the increase amplitudes as 26.3% and 17.3% respectively.The soil C/N value in tillage with straw returning soil was 14.47,which was 33.2% significantly higher than that in no-tillage soil.The soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents affected the secretion and release of GRSP.No-tillage and tillage with straw returning were benefit to increasing soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents,so as to promote the secretion of GRSP.But long-term tillage could limit the secretion of soil GRSP by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
