摘　　要：升丹是中医外科提脓祛腐之要药,传承千年且临床疗效确切,常应用于疮疡后期,疮已溃破,腐肉不脱,新肉难生之时。本文针对升丹的中医认识、药理、临床应用进行论述,以期为升丹更加规范全面的应用于临床提供理论支撑。Shengdan,a traditional Chinese medicine external preparation,has been an essential medicine in discharging pus and eliminating putridity.It has been passed down for thousands of years and has definite clinical efficacy.It is often used in the late stage of abscesses and boils,when they have already ruptured,the rotten flesh does not fall off,and new flesh is difficult to grow.This article discusses the traditional Chinese medicine understanding,pharmacology,and clinical application of Shengdan,in order to apply it more standardized and comprehensively in clinical practice.
