摘  要:为探究发酵豆粕对芦花鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选用120羽体况良好的80日龄芦花鸡随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组采用2%发酵豆粕替代基础饲粮中的豆粕。试验共91 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,发酵豆粕组蛋鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重均显著升高(P<0.05),而料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,饲喂发酵豆粕显著提高鸡蛋的哈氏单位(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,添加2%发酵豆粕替代豆粕能够改善芦花鸡的生产性能,改善鸡蛋蛋品质。In order to explore the effects of fermented soybean meal on performance and egg quality of Luhua chickens,a total of 120 healthy 80-day-old Luhua chickens were divided into two groups with 3 replicates each group and 20 birds each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with 2% fermented soybean meal instead of soybean meal in the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 91 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily gain were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,feeding fermented soybean meal significantly increased the Harrington unit of eggs(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 2% fermented soybean meal instead of soybean meal can improve the performance and egg quality of Luhua chicken.
