黄芪多糖对肉鸭肠道消化酶活性及菌群数量的影响

摘  要:为探究黄芪多糖对肉鸭肠道消化酶活性及菌群数量的影响,试验选用120只健康的1日龄肉鸭随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.01%、0.02%、0.03%的黄芪多糖。试验共42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组空肠和回肠食糜中淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),盲肠食糜中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组空肠食糜中淀粉酶活性显著高于试验I组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加黄芪多糖不仅能够提高肉鸭肠道消化酶活性,还可改善肠道菌群,且以0.02%添加量效果最佳。In order to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)on digestive enzyme activities and microflora in broiler ducks,a total of 120 healthy one-day-old ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates each group and 10 ducks each repetition(half male and half female).The control group was fed with basal diets,and the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.01%,0.02% and 0.03% APS,respectively.The experiment lasted 42 days.The results showed that dietary supplementation of APS significantly increased the activities of amylase,lipase and trypsin in jejunum and ileum chyme(P<0.05),decreased the number of escherichia coli and salmonella in cecal chyme(P<0.05).In addition,the activity of amylase in jejunal chyme in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in Group Ⅰ(P<0.05).In conclusion,supplementation of APS can not only improve the digestive enzyme activities,but also improve the intestinal microflora structure in ducks.The optimum quantity of APS additive is 0.02%.
