摘 要:针对目前市场上绿色活性染料多为蓝色与黄色活性染料混拼而成,由于染料发色体的差异,常导致染色过程中出现色差、缸差、染色不匀等问题,试验以三聚氯氰为桥基,将黄色发色体引入蓝色发色体中,合成了一支多活性基的绿色活性染料。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)与核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)表征染料结构,采用紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)分析染料光谱性能,探究绿色染料对丝织物的染色性能。结果表明,该染料分别在400 nm和592 nm处有两个最大吸收波长,实现了分子内蓝色和黄色的拼色,色光为绿色;当盐质量浓度为60 g/L、碱剂质量浓度为20 g/L时,染料对丝织物的固色率达到82%,且提升性能优良;染色织物的耐摩擦和耐水洗色牢度均可以达到4~5级及以上。In view of the fact that most of the green reactive dyes on the market are mixed with blue and yellow reactive dyes,due to the differences in dye chromosomes,problems such as color difference,dye lot difference and uneven dyeing often occur during the dyeing process,a green reactive dye with multiple reactive groups is synthesized by introducing yellow chromosomes into blue chromosomes using cyanuric chloride as the bridge base.The dye structure is characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR),and the spectral performance of the dye is analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-vis).The dyeing performance of green dye on silk fabrics is explored.The results show that the dye with a green color light has two maximum absorption wavelengths at 400 nm and 592 nm,respectively,achieving color matching of blue and yellow within the molecule.When Na2SO4 is 60 g/L and Na_(2)CO_(3) is 20 g/L,the fixation rate of dyes on silk fabrics reaches 82%,and the building up property is excellent.The color fastnesses to rubbing and washing of dyed fabrics can reach Grade 4-5 or above.
