摘 要:以苯胺为单体、盐酸为酸性介质、过硫酸铵为氧化剂、锦纶和涤纶为基体材料,采用氧化聚合法制备了涤纶/聚苯胺(PANI)和锦纶/PANI复合导电纱线。再以锦纶和涤纶导电纱线为包缠纱,氨纶为芯纱,制备了预拉伸单包缠和预拉伸双包缠纱应变传感器。结果表明:预拉伸锦纶单包缠纱应变传感器有良好的传感性能,其电阻变化率高达520%,且在多次拉伸形变后电阻仍能回复到初始状态,是一种制作应变传感器的理想材料。Polyester/polyaniline(PANI)and nylon/PANI composite conductive yarns are prepared by oxidative polymerization method using aniline as a monomer,hydrochloric acid as an acidic medium,ammonium persulfate as an oxidant,and nylon and polyester as matrix materials.Using polyester/PANI and nylon/PANI composite conductive yarns as wrapping yarns and spandex as core yarns,strain sensors with pre-drawing single-wrapping and pre-drawing double-wrapping yarns are prepared.The results show that the strain sensor with predrawing single-wrapped nylon yarns has good sensing performance with a resistance change rate of up to 520%,and the resistance can still return to its initial state after multiple tensile deformations,which is an ideal material for making strain sensors.
