单季铵盐型防沾皂洗剂的制备及其应用性能

摘　　要：为提高酸性染料皂洗剂的防沾色效果,以脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚1815为原料,以环氧氯丙烷为季铵化剂,合成1815单季铵盐,并与非离子表面活性剂平平加O-25和阴离子表面活性剂SDS复配,制得1815单季铵盐类防沾皂洗剂。研究了合成工艺因素对1815单季铵盐产率的影响,优化了1815单季铵盐的合成工艺条件,测试了1815单季铵盐防沾皂洗剂的皂洗效果,并与市售及同类皂洗剂进行比较。结果表明,1815单季铵盐的合成优化工艺条件为:n(1815):n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶2.5,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h,反应pH=8.0。单季铵盐防沾皂洗剂的沾色样K/S值为0.6098,皂洗残液吸光度为0.2713,染色织物耐皂洗色牢度达4~5级,表明1815单季铵盐防沾皂洗剂具有良好的防沾色性能和净洗效果。In order to improve the anti-staining effect of soaping agent for acid dye,1815 mono-quaternary ammonium salt is synthesized using fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether 1815 as raw materials and epichlorohydrin as quaternary ammonium modifier.Then,it is compounded with nonionic surfactant O-25 and anionic surfactant SDS to prepare 1815 mono-quaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent for acid dyes.The effects of synthesis process factors on the yield of 1815 mono-ammonium salt are studied,and the synthesis conditions of 1815 mono-ammonium salt are optimized.The soaping effect of mono-quaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent is tested and compared with other similar soaping agents.The optimized synthesis conditions for 1815 mono-quaternary ammonium salt are as follows:n(1815):n(epichlorohydrin)is 1∶2.5,the reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 4 h,and the reaction pH is 8.0.The K/S value of the staining sample soaped with mono-quaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent is 0.6098,the absorbance of its soaping residue is 0.2713,and the fabric dyed with acid dye has excellent color fastnesses to soaping and rubbing of Grade 4-5.The results show that the prepared 1815 mono-quaternary ammonium salt anti-stain soaping agent has good anti-stain performance and cleaning effect.
