摘 要:针对作业车间生产过程复杂度高、控制难度大、控制效果滞后等问题,结合牵制控制理论提出了一种以关键节点为控制目标的牵制控制策略。以制造节点物料平顺度表征节点状态,建立离散时间耦合生产网络状态方程。通过构造控制器建立牵制控制网络状态模型,结合网络统计特征选择关键控制点,分析给出作业车间生产网络的稳定判据。以某机械加工车间生产为例,仿真探讨无控制、自控制以及牵制控制三种控制策略下,受扰系统恢复稳定的时间步长和网络节点失效频次。结果表明:采用牵制控制策略,通过控制少量关键节点就能有效减少系统恢复稳定所需时间并缩减扰动影响范围,各节点状态更接近稳定时的期望值。研究成果可为扰动环境下的生产过程稳定性控制决策提供一定的理论依据。Aimed at the problems of high complexity,difficult control and delayed control effect in the job-shop production,a control strategy based on the pinning control theory is proposed,which take the key nodes as the control target.The state of the manufacturing nodes is characterized by the material smoothness of the node,and the state equation of discrete time coupling pro-duction network is established.By constructing the controller,the state model of the pinning control network is established,and the key control nodes are selected according to the statistical characteristics of the network,the stability criterion of the production network in the job-shop is analyzed.Taking a machining job-shop as an example,the time step and the failure frequency of net-work nodes of the disturbed system are simulated and discussed under three control strategies of uncontrolled,self-controlled and pinning control.The results show that the control strategy can effectively reduce the time needed to restore the stability of the sys-tem and reduce the influence range of disturbance by controlling a small number of key nodes,and the state of each node is closer to the expected value when the system is stable.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the decision-making of pro-duction process stability control under the disturbance environment.
