钻井液堵漏剂HDL-Ⅰ的研制及性能评价

摘  要:选择毫米级的白云石作为骨架材料(架桥颗粒),以微米级的白云石为主要填充材料,以活化处理的贝壳、蟹壳、虾壳为辅助填充材料,加入2%膨胀性聚合物SMS-Ⅱ,得到酸溶性堵漏剂HDL-Ⅰ,并评价了其性能。结果表明,在聚磺钻井液体系中加入10%的堵漏剂HDL-Ⅰ后,封堵效果最好;3~5 mm裂缝岩心的承压能力至少达到12.5 MPa;在聚磺钻井液体系中加入8%~12%的堵漏剂HDL-Ⅰ后,岩心的渗透率恢复值达到80%以上,储层保护效果较好,具有一定的应用前景。Millimeter-sized dolomite is selected as the skeleton material,while micron-grade dolomite is selected as mainly filling material,activated shells,crab shells,and shrimp shells are selected as auxiliary filling materials,and then 2%intumescent polymer material SMS-Ⅱis added,finally plugging agent HDL-Ⅰis obtained.Moreover,we evaluated the performance of the plugging agent HDL-Ⅰ.The results show that,the plugging effect is the best when 10%plugging agent HDL-Ⅰis added into the polysulfonate drilling fluid system.The pressure bearing capacity of 3-5 mm fractured core can reach 12.5 MPa at least.The permeability recovery value of the core reaches more than 80%after adding 8%-12%plugging agent HDL-Ⅰinto the polysulfonate drilling fluid system,and the reservoir protection effect is good.The study indicaes that plugging agent HDL-Ⅰhas a certain application prospect.
