摘　　要：银屑病性关节炎(psoriasis arthritis,PsA)是一种与银屑病相关的慢性炎症性疾病。Janus激酶(JAK)-转录激活因子(STAT)信号通路在PsA的发病机制中起着关键作用。JAK抑制剂能够阻断JAKSTAT信号通路减少多种细胞因子的生成与释放,因此其具有潜在的治疗价值。目前已开发出多种JAK抑制剂,且已有多项JAK抑制剂治疗PsA的前瞻性临床试验完成。本文就JAK抑制剂治疗PsA的研究进展进行综述。Psoriasis arthritis(PsA)is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with psoriasis.The Janus kinase(JAK)-activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of PsA.JAK inhibitors have potential therapeutic value because they block the JAK-STAT signaling pathway and reduce the production and release of various cytokines.Currently,a variety of JAK inhibitors have been developed,and prospective clinical trials have been completed with JAK inhibitors for PsA treatment.This article reviews the research progress of JAK inhibitors in the treatment of PsA.
