摘　　要：主要介绍了变速箱生产线的柔性化、信息化与数字化的深度结合的生产方式。利用MES系统管理生产线的运行,结合产品的工艺装配步骤无缝切换生产状态,提高生产线对多型号产品的兼容性与生产效率。柔性数字化生产线由MES服务器、PLC和RFID系统、下位执行与感知系统组成,能实时采集生产过程的数据,并记录生产状态。MES系统的人机交互功能使生产线操作员的操作更简便。This paper mainly introduces the deep integration of flexibility,informatization,and digitization in the production line of transmission.Utilizing the MES system to manage the operation of the production line,combined with the process assembly steps of the product,to achieve seamless switching of production status,improve the compatibility and production efficiency of the production line for multiple models of products.The flexible digital production line consists of MES server,PLC and RFID system,and lower level execution and perception system,which can collect real-time data of the production process and record the production status.The human-machine interaction function of MES system makes the operation of production line operators more convenient.
