摘 要:为解决铝土矿仓库堆取料机操作方式老旧、作业环境差、工作强度大且作业效率低等问题,我国某氧化铝企业以铝土矿原矿仓为研究背景,利用激光扫描技术改造了整个铝土仓库内的堆取料机无人值守系统。通过增加激光扫描仪、堆取料机定位装置、无线通信设备、安全防护传感器等设备,运用三维料场建模、智能堆取料算法等运算手段,实现了堆取料机就地无人值守、远程自动堆取料功能,有效改善了作业环境。In order to solve the problems of outdated operating methods,poor working environment,high work intensity,and low operating efficiency of the stacker-reclaimer in the bauxite warehouse,a domestic alumina enterprise used the bauxite raw ore warehouse as the research background to transform the unmanned system of the stacker-reclaimer in the entire bauxite warehouse using laser scanning technology.By adding laser scanners,positioning devices for stacker-reclaimer machines,wireless communication devices,safety protection sensors and other equipment,and using computational methods such as 3D material yard modeling and intelligent stacker-reclaimer algorithms,the stacker-reclaimer machine has achieved unmanned on-site and remote automatic stacker-reclaimer functions,effectively improving the working environment.
