基于旧工业建筑改造的展览空间设计研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国出现了大量以文化展览为主题的旧工业建筑改造更新项目,通过对废弃工业用房的“功能置换”,恢复其在城市空间中的活力,迎合现代化的生活方式。将旧工业建筑改造为博物馆、美术馆等展览类公共建筑,能够很好的保护旧建筑的艺术和美学价值,传递旧建筑的历史和文化价值,其改造的难点在于解决工业生产空间和展览空间在功能使用上的矛盾。旧工业建筑改造中的展览空间设计应当在“尊重现状、面向未来”的基本原则下,通过对旧建筑空间、流线、环境的重构,实现建筑由工业性向城市性的转变。In recent years,a large number of renovation and renewal projects of old industrial buildings with the theme of cultural exhibition have appeared in our country.Through“functional replacement”,the vitality of abandoned industrial buildings in urban space can be restored to meet the needs of mod⁃ern lifestyle.Transforming old industrial buildings into public exhibition buildings such as museums and art galleries can protect the artistic and aesthetic value of the old building,as well as convey the historical and cultural value of the old building.While the difficulty of the renovation is to solve the contradictions in the functional use between industrial production space and exhibition space.The ex⁃hibition space design in the renovation of old industrial buildings should base on the basic principle of“respecting the current situation and facing the future”,and try to realize the transformation of archi⁃tecture from industrial place to urban public place through the remodeling of space,streamline and en⁃vironment of the old building.
