摘 要:为研究养殖密度对兴凯湖翘嘴鲌幼鱼生长性能的影响,探索兴凯湖翘嘴鲌池塘养殖密度阈值,设置养殖密度分别为15万尾/hm^(2)(D1)、30万尾/hm^(2)(D2)、60万尾/hm^(2)(D3)、90万尾/hm^(2)(D4)、150万尾/hm^(2)(D5)共5个试验组,进行了为期180 d的兴凯湖翘嘴鲌幼鱼池塘培育试验。试验结果显示:幼鱼的增重率随着放养密度的增加呈现明显的下降趋势,其中放养密度最低的D1组幼鱼的增重率最高,达63.74%,但与D2组(60.57%)没有显著差异,D1、D2组幼鱼的增重率显著高于其他密度组(P<0.05);幼鱼的体长增长率也随着养殖密度的增加呈现显著下降的趋势,D1组体长增长率最高,为3.16%,D5组最低,为0.56%;养殖试验结束时,5个试验组鱼的肥满度无明显差异。结果表明,池塘养殖条件下兴凯湖翘嘴鲌幼鱼的适宜培育密度为30万~60万尾/hm^(2)。In order to explore the optimal stocking density of Khanka Culter alburnus,a 180-day breeding trial of C.alburnus fingerlings under five different stocking densities of 150000(D1),300000(D2),600000(D3),900000(D4)and 1500000(D5)ind/hm^(2) was conducted.The results showed that the weight gain rate of fish decreased significantly with the increase of density(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate of group D1 was the highest(63.74%),but there was no significant difference between the D1 group and the D2 group(60.57%),and the D1 and D2 groups were significantly higher than those in the other density groups(P<0.05).The increase rate of body length decreased significantly with the increase of density(P<0.05),the highest was 3.16%in group D1,and the lowest was 0.56%in group D5.There was no significant difference in the final plumpness among five groups after 180-day trial.The results indicated that the most optimum stocking density range for C.alburnus juvenile was 300000 to 600000 ind/hm^(2).
