摘 要:随着经济贸易全球化趋势的不断扩大,跨境电商进入全产业链生态融合的新阶段,传统电子商务由ERP+电子商务的敏捷电商向着智能化贸易转型升级。C2B跨境电商则借助大数据赋能,着眼于消费者个性化的需求偏好,进行个性化定制模式下消费者与厂商的决策,并以此构建个性化产品与大众化产品生产计划和市场竞争博弈的商业形式。本文基于“创新管理理论”的理论知识,阐述C2B跨境电商的三大智能助力,解释说明智能算法、智能物流、智能商业在发展C2B跨境电商的重要价值和企业相关对策,以期为C2B跨境电商企业决策和发展提供参考。With the advancement of economic and trade globalization,cross-border e-commerce has entered a new stage featuring comprehensive integration of the entire industry chain.The traditional e-commerce has transformed and upgraded from ERP system-based agile e-commerce to intelligent trade.C2B cross-border e-commerce leverages the power of big data to focus on personalized consumer preferences,enabling personalized customization.It involves decision-making between consumers and manufacturers,thereby constructing a business model of personalized product and mass product production planning and market competition.This article is based on the theoretical knowledge of innovation management theory to elaborate on the three major intelligent assistance of C2B cross-border e-commerce,explain the important value of intelligent algorithms,intelligent logistics,and intelligent commerce in the development of C2B cross-border e-commerce,and provide reference for decision-making and development of C2B cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
