摘 要:增强产业链韧性是提升我国人工智能行业质量的重要手段之一。人工智能产业链韧性表现为抵御风险恢复能力、适应调节能力和创新能力,本文采用熵值法对我国一线城市人工智能产业链韧性进行测度。结果显示,我国一线城市人工智能产业链韧性呈波动上升趋势,但还存在着产业基础能力薄弱导致产业链不完整、基础创新能力不足导致产业链不强等问题。鉴于此,应充分发挥人工智能主体地位,培养与引进人才并举,加强监管,不断提升我国产业链韧性。Enhancing industry chain toughness is one of the important means to improve the quality of China's artificial intelligence industry.Artificial intelligence industry chain toughness is manifested as the ability to resist risk recovery,adaptive adjustment ability and innovation ability,and this paper adopts the entropy value method to measure the toughness of the artificial intelligence industry chain in China's first-tier cities.The results show that China's AI industry chain toughness is fluctuating upward trend,but there are still problems such as incomplete industry chain due to weak industrial basic capacity and weak industry chain due to insufficient basic innovation capacity.In view of this,we should give full play to the main position of artificial intelligence,cultivate and introduce talents,strengthen supervision,and continuously improve the toughness of China's industrial chain.
