摘  要:随着我国建筑业的发展,越来越多的大型公共建筑采用钢结构,而钢结构工程底部或承重柱的柱顶都有支承荷载的预埋件和锚栓,此预埋的施工质量和精度允许偏差控制的施工,对整个工程的质量起到至关重要的作用,因此,本文依托昆明轨道交通五号线工程世博车辆段项目钢结构工程施工,从钢支座预埋件预埋精度的安装工艺、施工要点、固定方案、测量精控要点、钢支座预埋件预埋造成偏差的原因及纠偏措施进行分析研究探讨,最终,根据本工程提出一套较为完整的控制措施,实现最终的平面误差平均值为1.94mm,远远大于规范要求的20mm,对后续的工程施工提供依据,具有较大的推广价值。With the development of China's construction industry,more and more large public buildings are using steel structures.The bottom of steel structure engineering or the top of load-bearing columns have embedded parts and anchor bolts which support the load.The construction quality and accuracy of this embedded part allow for deviation control,which plays a crucial role in the quality of the entire project.Therefore,relying on the construction of the steel structure engineering of the Kunming Metro Line 5 Expo Vehicle Depot project,an analysis and discussion were conducted on the installation process,construction points,fixing schemes,measurement precision control points,causes of deviation caused by steel bearing embedded parts,and corrective measures for the accuracy of steel bearing embedded parts.Finally,a relatively complete set of control measures was proposed based on this project,achieving a final average plane error of 1.94mm,which is much greater than the 20mm required by the specifications.This provides a basis for subsequent engineering construction,Has significant promotional value.
