冷再生沥青混合料的粘弹性及长期性能评价

摘　　要：沥青路面再生技术在近十年中得到了广泛的应用,但仍存在着车辙、强度不足等早期路面病害。在冷再生过程中,通常加入再生剂或低粘度沥青胶结剂作为软化剂,如乳化沥青,这个过程中,会产生缓慢的软化反应。因此,再生沥青混合物的性能由几个因素控制,包括新沥青材料的针入度、粘度和软化剂或乳剂的软化效果。通过在25℃下进行的蠕变和马歇尔试验,对再生沥青混合料的长期性能进行评价。混合料在60℃养生至60天,并在不同养生时间节点上进行性能测试。由于沥青的氧化老化,新拌沥青混合料和再生混合料的蠕变柔量在早期迅速下降,然后基本保持不变。在新拌沥青混合料和再生混合料的蠕变行为上没有较大差异。蠕变试验、马歇尔试验和车辙试验结果表明,冷再生沥青混合料的长期性能与新拌沥青混合料相当。The asphalt pavement regeneration technology has been widely applied in the past decade,but there are still early pavement diseases such as rutting and insufficient strength.In the cold regeneration process,regenerating agents or low viscosity asphalt binders are usually added as softeners,such as emulsified asphalt.During this process,a slow softening reaction occurs.Therefore,the performance of recycled asphalt mixtures is controlled by several factors,including the penetration and viscosity of the new asphalt material,as well as the softening effect of the softener or emulsion.The long-term behavior of this mixture was evaluated through creep and Marshall tests conducted at 25℃.The mixture is cured at 60℃for 60 days and tested at different curing time points.Due to the oxidation and aging of asphalt,the creep flexibility of fresh and recycled asphalt mixtures rapidly decreases in the early stages,and then remains basically unchanged.No significant differences were observed in the creep behavior of freshly mixed asphalt mixture and recycled mixture.The results of creep test,Marshall test,and rutting test indicate that the long-term performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture is equivalent to that of fresh asphalt mixture.
