摘  要:本文详细介绍了5×32m双线变四线道岔现浇连续梁施工,对现浇连续梁盘扣支架和贝雷梁支架方案进行比选,地基存在软弱层选用贝雷梁门式支架,其余采用成本较低的盘扣支架。计算支架在箱梁变截面处最不利工况下强度、刚度及稳定性。针对现浇道岔连续梁施工过程,介绍了支架搭设、模板安装、混凝土浇筑等施工工序,总结了现浇道岔连续梁施工技术保障措施。结果表明双线夹渡线道岔现浇连续梁施工技术应用效果较好,为类似工程提供参考。This article provides a detailed introduction to the construction of a 5×32m double line to four line turnout cast-in-place continuous beam.A comparison is made between the cast-in-place continuous beam buckle bracket and the Bailey beam bracket scheme.The Bailey beam portal bracket is used for the weak layer of the foundation,while the lower cost buckle bracket is used for the rest.The strength,stiffness,and stability of the support under the most unfavorable working conditions at the variable cross-section of the box girder are calculated.This article introduces the construction process of continuous beams for cast-in-place turnouts,including the installation of brackets,formwork,and concrete pouring.It also summarizes the technical guarantee measures for the construction of continuous beams for cast-in-place turnouts.The results show that the application effect of cast-in-place continuous beam construction technology for double track crossover turnout is good,providing reference for similar projects.
