摘 要:在煤矿井下开采的过程中,机电设备属于不可或缺的开采设备之一。然而,井下机电设备在开采过程中产生的能耗比较高,这与煤矿企业的绿色开采理念不相符。因此,为了实现煤矿井下开采机电设备节能降耗的目标,煤矿企业需要高度关注煤矿井下机电设备的相关能耗问题,并采取有效的节能措施,尽可能降低能耗,这对于煤矿企业的经济效益最大化以及长期稳定的发展有着关键作用。文章通过阐述皮带运输机采用变频调速的优点,再结合变频器工作原理的论述,简要分析了变频器在煤矿井下皮带机中的应用及节能研究的相关案例,以供参考。In the process of underground coal mining,mechanical and electrical equipment is one of the indispensable mining equipment.However,the energy consumption generated by underground electromechanical equipment during the mining process is relatively high,which is inconsistent with the green mining concept of coal mining enterprises.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction of mechanical and electrical equipment in underground coal mining,coal mining enterprises need to pay close attention to the related energy consumption issues of coal mining mechanical and electrical equipment,and take effective energy-saving measures to minimize energy consumption as much as possible.This plays a key role in maximizing the economic benefits and long-term stable development of coal mining enterprises.The article elaborates on the advantages of using frequency conversion speed regulation for belt conveyors,and then combines the discussion of the working principle of frequency converters to briefly analyze the application of frequency converters in coal mine underground belt conveyors and relevant energy-saving research cases,for reference.
