摘 要:随着云南电网规模的不断扩大,以新能源为主体的新型电力系统构建持续推进,系统稳定性对故障极限切除时间的要求已越来越高,断路器拒动对系统稳定的影响也越来越大,因而对断路器控制回路断线的监视提出了更高要求。本文结合一起220 kV母联断路器在热备用转运行时,由于断路器B相储能行程开关接触不良,导致同期合环失败,但在操作前断路器控制回路断线并未发出告警的实际案例,指出目前普遍采用的断路器位置继电器接点串联启动“控制回路断线”信号回路的监视方法,在断线信号监视回路异常时,断路器控制回路因无法自监视的原理性缺陷,将造成可能存在的断线缺陷成为隐性故障而持续存在。针对此问题,本文提出了一种具备自监视功能的断路器控制回路断线告警信号回路优化设计方案,通过在原有回路基础上搭建监视回路实现对控制回路的全工况监视,该方案回路简单可靠,可实现控制回路、断线信号回路双重监视效果,提供了控制回路、断线信号回路完整性的综合判据,有助于提前发现控制回路隐性缺陷、提升断线消缺效率,降低断路器拒动风险。An actual case of 220 kV bus tie breaker during hot standby transfer operation,due to the poor contact of the B-phase energy storage limit switch of the circuit breaker,resulted in the failure of synchronous loop closure,and the circuit breaker control circuit was disconnected before the operation did not issue an alarm.Pointed improvement measures to optimize the circuit breaker control loop disconnection monitoring function.With the continuous scale expansion of Yunnan power grid,this system is having an increasingly higher requirement on the fault limit clearing time for better stability,and the circuit breaker failure is having greater impact on the system stability.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the monitoring of circuit breaker control loop disconnection.Combined with a practical case of 220kV bus tie circuit breaker during hot standby operation,the phase B energy storage travel switch of the circuit breaker was in poor contact,resulting in synchronous loop closing failure,and the circuit breaker control loop was disconnected without alarming before operation,this article points out that there is a principle defect in the current commonly used circuit loop monitoring method,which is relay contacts in series at circuit breaker position to start“control loop disconnection”signal loop monitoring method.When the disconnection signal monitoring loop is abnormal,the circuit breaker control loop cannot be self-monitored,resulting in the possible disconnection defect becoming a hidden fault and continuing to exist.An optimization design of circuit breaker control loop self-monitoring loop for disconnection is proposed.By building a monitoring loop on the basis of the original control loop to monitor the whole working condition,the loop of this scheme is simple and reliable,which can realize the dual monitoring effect of both control loop and disconnection signal loop,and provide a comprehensive assessment for the integrity of control loop and disconnection signal loop.It is helpful to discove
