摘 要:为了降低风电并网和无序负荷对配电网稳定运行的不利影响,提出一种考虑风电接入的电动汽车充电优化调度模型。在综合考虑风电并网和用户侧原始负荷需求的基础上,建立考虑风电接入的峰谷时段优化模型,使用隶属度函数来划分峰谷时段并指定分时电价,同时引入负荷波动率进一步提高模型精确度,以配电网负荷均方差最小和用户充电耗费成本最低为控制目标,综合电网和用户利益创建多目标优化模型,并采用改进粒子群算法进行求解。结果表明,所提出的考虑风电接入的有序充电策略可以在有效减轻配电网负荷波动和减少用户充电成本的同时,促进消纳更多的风电资源,验证了所提策略的有效性。In an effort to reduce the adverse effects of wind energy integration and disordered load on the stable operation of distribution network,an EV charging optimization scheduling model considering wind power access is proposed.On the basis of the consideration of wind power composing into grid and the original load demand on the user side,setting up the optimization model considering wind power composing into grid for peak⁃valley period and using membership function to divide the peak⁃valley period and specify the time⁃sharing electricity price.At the same time,the rate of change of load was utilized to improve model accuracy,and the minimum variance of distribution network load and users’lowest cost of charge were set as the control objectives to create a multi⁃objective optimization model by integrating power grid and user benefits.Utilize the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model.The results show that the proposed orderly charging strategy considering wind power access can effectively reduce the load fluctuation of distribution network and reduce the charging cost of users,and also promote the consumption of more wind power resources,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
