摘　　要：目的 探讨延续性护理在小儿先天性心脏病手术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年3月环县人民医院收治的120例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取延续性护理,比较两组并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果 观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分及总分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 延续性护理在小儿先天性心脏病手术后护理中的应用效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in postoperative care of pediatric congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 120 children with congenital heart disease admitted to Huanxian People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received continuous nursing.The incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous nursing in postoperative care of pediatric congenital heart disease is better.
