不同品种绵羊的细管冻精解冻质量检测分析

摘　　要：选取8个不同品种羊(引进品种2个,本地品种4个,培育品种2个)的细管冻精,进行外观、剂量、精子活力、前向运动精子数和精子顶体完整率指标的检测分析。结果显示,各细管冻精外观均完好,符合生产标准;剂量检测值为(0.21±0.01) mL,均符合国家标准(≥0.18 mL);精子活力为(37.50%±1.70%)~(51.0%±3.70%),其中,陶赛特羊精子活力值最高,黑裘皮藏羊精子活力值最低;前进运动精子数为≥3×10^(7)个,符合国标;精子顶体完整率为(71.90%±1.13%)~(81.23%±1.0%),其中,西藏(草地型)羊精子顶体完整率最高,陶赛特羊精子顶体完整率最低。8个品种的羊冻精在解冻复苏后各项指标均达到配种生产要求。引进品种的精子活力比本地品种高,前进运动精子数和顶体完整率等其他指标有高有低。The frozen sperm of 8 different breeds of sheep(2 introduced breeds,4 local breeds,and 2 cultivated breeds)were selected for the assessment of appearance,dose,sperm motility,forward motility sperm number and sperm acrosome integrity rate.The results showed that,for the appearance,each tube of frozen sperm was intact and met the production standards.The dose detection value was(0.21±0.01)mL,which meets the national standard(≥0.18 mL).The sperm motility was(37.50%±1.70%)~(51.0%±3.70%),among which the sperm motility value of Tausset sheep was the highest,and the sperm motility value of black fur Tibetan sheep was the lowest.The number of forward spermatozoa is≥3×10^(7),which meets the national standard.The acrosome integrity rate of sperm was(71.90%±1.13%)~(81.23%±1.0%),among which the acrosome integrity rate of sperm in Tibetan(grassland)sheep was the highest,and the acrosome integrity rate of sperm in Tausset sheep was the lowest.After thawing and recovering,the frozen sperm of 8 sheep breeds all met the requirements of breeding production.The sperm motility of the introduced varieties was higher than that of the local varieties,and other indicators such as the number of spermatozoa and the acrosome integrity rate of forward motility were uneven.
