摘  要:针对岩滩水电站原中压气系统检修维护繁杂、倒电时不具备自动复位至工作状态、无对时功能、无人机界面、无远程控制功能及气罐无自动排污功能等问题,实施了升级改造。笔者从设备升级改造原因、完全自主知识产权国产化PLC首次应用、气罐检修简便操作的实现、冗余控制功能优化实施、增设对时、与监控通信、远程控制以及气罐自动排污新功能等8个方面对改造情况进行详细介绍,阐述改造过程中遇到的问题及解决措施。结果表明,改造取得了良好的效果,设备运行可靠,减小了运维人员操作维护劳动强度。该改造经验可为后续的低压气系统及类似辅机设备改造提供借鉴和参考。Aiming at the problems of complicated maintenance,no automatic reset to the working state,no timing function,no human-machine interface,no remote control function and no automatic sewage discharge function of the gas tank of the original medium-pressure compressor air system in Yantan Hydropower Station,the upgrading and transformation have been carried out.The author introduces the transformation in detail from eight aspects:the reason of equipment upgrading and transformation,the first application of domestic PLC with completely independent intellectual property rights,the realization of simple operation of gas tank maintenance,the optimization and implementation of redundant control function,the addition of time synchronization,communication with monitoring,remote control and new functions of automatic sewage discharge of gas tank,and expounds the problems encountered in the transformation process and the solutions.The results show that the transformation has achieved good results,the equipment runs reliably,and the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel is reduced.The transformation experience can provide reference for the subsequent transformation of low-pressure compressor air system and similar auxiliary equipment.
