摘　　要：房屋的结构安全性是人们居住和工作环境中的关键要素。随着时间的推移和自然力的作用,房屋的结构可能会受到损坏和衰老,对于已建成的房屋进行结构安全性检测和评估,以及必要的加固和改造工作显得尤为重要。通过探讨房屋结构安全性检测鉴定与加固的关键问题和方法,论文重点关注结构安全性评估报告的编制与阅读、加固优化方案的制定以及专业施工队伍的协助等关键环节。期待提升人们对于房屋结构安全性检测和加固的认识和理解,为相关行业提供实际可行的指导和建议。The structural safety of a house is a key element in people’s living and working environments.Over time and under the influence of natural forces,the structure of a house may be damaged and aged.It is particularly important to conduct structural safety testing and evaluation,as well as necessary reinforcement and renovation work,for completed houses.By exploring the key issues and methods of structural safety testing,identification,and reinforcement of buildings,this paper focuses on the preparation and reading of structural safety assessment reports,the formulation of reinforcement optimization plans,and the assistance of professional construction teams.We hope to enhance people’s understanding and awareness of the safety testing and reinforcement of building structures,and provide practical and feasible guidance and suggestions for related industries.
