摘　　要：《美食祈祷恋爱》作为美国女作家伊丽莎白·吉尔伯特的传记体小说,记录了吉尔伯特离婚后一年内先后去往意大利、印度、巴厘岛寻找自我的旅途故事,吉尔伯特旅行的过程不断反映出其自我意识觉醒的程度。借助文本细读,吉尔伯特旅行过程中的所思所历,逐渐打破婚姻的枷锁,精神世界的解放,改变了自我的生存方式,女性意识觉醒,建构出自我主体身份。曾因为婚姻失败而感到迷茫的吉尔伯特,在旅行途中通过进食、冥想与恋爱不断取悦自己。基于自身体验,诉诸于旅行写作的她将自己独特的女性感受放在中心位置,获得了掌握情绪的方法,在不断愉悦自我的过程中重构自身。Eat Pray Love is a biographical novel of American female writer Elizabeth Gilbert.It records Gilbert’s journey to Italy,India and Bali tofind herself within one year after the divorce.Gilbert’s journey also reflects the extent of her self-awareness.Through close reading of the text,the paper introduces Gilbert’s thoughts and experiences in the process of travel,andfinds that Gilbert gradually breaks the shackles of marriage,gets liberated the spiritual world,changes the way of self-existence,awakens female consciousness,and constructs the identity of self-subject.Gilbert,who gets confused by the failure of her marriage,entertains herself during her travels by eating,meditating and falling in love.Based on her own experience,she resorts to travel writing to put her unique female feelings in the center,gains a way to master emotions,and reconstructs herself in the process of constantly pleasing herself.
