摘　　要：文章综述了栲胶的提取改性、栲胶在皮革鞣制中的作用机理以及栲胶在植鞣中的作用,为栲胶的进一步开发利用提供参考。The extraction and modification of tannin extract,the action mechanism of tannin extract in leather tanning,and the role of tannin extract in vegetable tanning are reviewed in this paper,which provides a reference for the further development and utilization of tannin extract.
